Q: Reside in the Dominican Republic. I am US Citizen with US Address and Credit Card. Bank is okay with my download purchase of Acrobat 8 Pro, approved it. Adobe online states Bill Addr and CC addr don't match. Was supposed to receive in mail - DHL/Adobe botched it up, never received.
Q: Do you know someone inside Adobe that can help? I'm 8 days behind on a project and about to lose the contract. Cannot download trial - used them all up.
