Same document with different company names

I am using Acrobat 8 Pro and I have several documents that need to have different client's names inserted in the document. Is there a way to have the company names inserted without having to type them in manually?

Hi,

Regarding your needs you can create a custom stamp, or use the Add watermark function (Document menu).

We have over 400 clients and I was hoping we could use a database, like Microsoft Access, to fill in the name of the company as well as the name of the responsible person. Each page of the documents has at least one place for the company name, which is designated like: (COMPANY NAME) OR (RESPONSIBLE PERSON). So by using a watermark, would I would still have to type out every company name and/or responsible person? That's what it looked like when I opened up the dialog box.
