Searching words not highlighting the text in PDF after applying security patch v9.4.5

We upgraded Reader, Standard and Professional to v9.4.5 released last week. After applying this security patch, it looks like search functionality is not working properly in PDF. When we search for any word in PDF and press enter, the cursor takes you to the correct location on page but it does not highlight the word being searched. When you press enter again, then it starts highlighting the words from next found item. But it does not highlight the first match found. It can be tested using any reader, standard or professional. Is it a new bug in 9.4.5 and released without testing? Is there a temporary solution suggested by Adobe?
