I have a question. Is there any rule or violation if I were to design an interactive PDF for a client and collect a fee for service. This PDF would be an interactive brochure with some java script and Video. This brochure would NOT be enabled with rights. But I want to make sure I am not in any violation of my license as a acrobat pro 8 user.
Sure you can do that- if you couldn't use Adobe products to make products that you can then sell, that wouldn't be a very good business plan. The proliferation of PDFs that are useful, time-saving, engaging business tools is something I'm sure Adobe would think is good for them as well as you. They provide the tools and you create the products with the tools, for a reasonable profit ( that's pretty much a paraphrase from Adobe's CEO I heard at Adobe MAX last week).
Hope this helps,
