How can I ask Acrobat to find, save & then email invoices to clients without sending them manually. Currently we have over 300 clients, and more and more are choosing email as an option to receive invoices. I have to spend 2 hrs to send just 25 pdf invoices. Each invoice is about 5-6 pages. I open a 1500 page document which has all the invoices for the month. I search for client. I save the pages for the subject client only as a seperate file, then open outlook, enter recepient's email address, subject matter and a personal note. Then its manually attaching the file and sending the email. This is what I want to eliminate. If I can just click one link on Acrobat and it does all the rest. This will make my life much easier. And with over 300 centers in the U.S who knows maybe I can then recommend it to the corporate office as well to make it a standard procedure.
