Up until 1 month ago, I was able to insert a snapshot from Acrobat Pro 8.1.0 into an Outlook HTML email. When I try to do it now, I get a red X. I can paste the content into Word and then cut-n-paste into Outlook but I can no longer go from Acrobat Professional 8.1.0 to Outlook 2003 SP2 directly. Any ideas?
Did you change any setting for creating mail messages in Outlook? Such as changing what format you compose messages in (i.e., HTML, RTF, or plain text). These setting can affect how the clipboard pastes images into an email message.
