Spreadsheet functionality in PDF

I want to embed an excel spreadsheet in a PDF document, so that the spreadsheet functionality will still work directly in the PDF, after it has been emailed to another computer. In other words, it would be an interactive PDF so the reader would be able to change some data in the spreadsheet part of PDF, and the formulas would still work to produce new answers, without linking back to the original Excel file.

Is this even possible? If so, which PDF software do I need to buy?

Thanks

It's not possible to embed an Excel file in a PDF.
Your options are:
- Attach the Excel file as an attachment to the PDF.
- Convert the Excel file to a PDF and re-do all the calculations in PDF's scripting language, using form fields..
