I have 3 columns in the spreadsheet. First column is text. 2 other columns are numbers.
Problem - After PDf conversion, the text in the first column is getting cut off. Example:

Accounts payab
Inventorie
Cash and cash equival

Can anybody help?

Try setting the Adobe PDF printer as the default before printing. Also, make sure you don't have rows/columns hidden and that the Print Area is cleared prior to printing.

Once you have the Adobe PDF printer set as default do the pages appear correctly in the Print Preview menu?

No hidden columns. I changed my PDF printer (within Excel) as the default & it still doesn't work.NOTE: When I view the document in Excel through print preview, everything looks great. It's the conversion to Adobe that cuts off the letters.

Any other suggestions.

What version of Excel/OS are you using? Do you use "Track Changes" in Excel?
