I bought a program named PDF Converter 4.0. When I convert a PDF document to word it comes out as a graphic with dots for handles around all four corners. I cannot select the text or edit any of it, I can only resize the word document by grabbing the handles. Note: Nemo PDF Converter "Will Not return Any emails!

My Product Information:
Acrobat Standard 9.3.1, Windows

a reasonably reliable way to convert an image page (document) to MS Word is to scan it to MS Office Document Imaging (or scan at 300 dpi with your favorite image application -- say, photoshop -- and save as monochrome tiff and open the tiff in MODI) MODI has a tool labeled 'send text to word'

Thanks for your answer but I wanted to use the program I paid for to convert a document to word. Evidently Nemo PDF converter is a joke. They don't respond to emails. Have a nice day.

i think the nemo converter will work only with 'text' PDF, not with 'image' PDF. given that you have, apparently, an 'image' PDF, the use of Microsoft's own OCR to word tool (MODI, which i previously suggested) seems to be the logical way to go. (MODI comes with MS office pro). you may contact me by email via the forum, and i will respond off forum. if you send me the PDF i will convert it to MS Word. (but you will have to do whatever formatting and clean-up may be necessary).
