Is there a utility that will convert complex PDF files to html pages that look nearly the same? Acrobat 8's "File + Export + to html" utility is completely useless, and the Google and Firefox PDF Download utilities aren't much better, except for quick -and-dirty on-the-fly reading of a file. I want to convert a 180 page PDF document into 180 html pages, with a layout that looks as similar as possible to the original and with the original cross-document links that all work; and to do this manually would take me weeks. Has anyone written a utility that can do this?
