View, Print & maybe even Change PDF with Serif Fonts to Sans Serif Fonts? How?

I have some PDF's that use a set of Serif Fonts (Times New Roman like) and I hate reading them and hate printing them in that font.

What would be the simplest way to OVER-RIDE the font and SHOW the PDF in a Sans Serif Font (Arial, Verdana, Tahoma, etc). and then also be able to print it accordingly. Is there some READER that can / does that?

Is there a Global way / command to change the Font Family / Type throughout the PDF or a Reader that can do so for VIEWING purposes. ... temporarily or permanently

Is there any way to make a PDF Viewer ignore the embedded font and use another font to show & print the PDF file content?

You can't ignore the embedded font and the only way to change them is by using the Touch Up tool -- which can be very tedious. Changing fonts usually requires repaginating the document, which is why it isn't easy to do and Acrobat isn't designed to be a composition tool.

Are there any readers that allow us to neglect / override the default font without having to edit the PDF.
