I have hyperlinks that work correctly in Word, but the destinations are wrong in the PDF. This occurs with both Acrobat 7 and 8. Any suggestions?

Acrobat Standard 8.1.2, Windows

Actually, this option was already deselected. This should be our default settings. The person reporting the problem said it was fixed after rebooting the machine. But then it mysteriously reappeared and was not fixed by a reboot.
