Is there a good place to look for the set of steps to accomplish a mail merge from Word that generates separate PDF files? Can MS Word do it with Acorbats help or is there a need for some 3rd party?
The PDFMaker macro that is installed in Word when you install Acrobat 8 allows you to Mail Merge to Adobe PDF. If your merge contains multiple records then the resulting PDF is broken into individual PDFs. You can also automate the process of emailing each PDF, if desired, as well.
