Hi,
 
I would like to be able to create a frontend form (using adobe) (maybe even webbased) where one can select using radio buttons or check boxes the exact chapers (subdocuments) that will be included in the final generated document....for instance enter client name and title (which would be popullated in the final document) and then select the products and product descriptions that this client would be sent.
 
A generate button would then create the document...Is this possible? If so please point me in the right direction.
 
Any help would be greatly appreciated. I would upgrade version if possible only in a later version.

You really need a server product. While LiveCycle Designer has some of the features you are looking for, it really isn't designed for publishing.
