Would it be possible to configure a pdf file in a way so that it automatically prints the entire document rather than sections at a time?

My Product Information:
Acrobat Pro 7.0.0, Windows

Please explain more. When you select the Print option off the File menu it displays the Print Dialog where you can choose the pages to print. A PDF doc does not print in sections unless it's been scripted to do so with a button on the doc.
