We have a large txt file with multiple data records that we would like to "marry" to pdf and somehow allow the user to select an option to print either 1 record off of the file or print all of the records from the file (multiple pdf's) is there a tool that we can purchase to help us with this?
Merging data to/from a PDF is a basic function of the form field capabilty in Acrobat; however, the data needs to be in a specific format. Here are a couple of tutorials to get started:
