Is there any possibility to blacken an area in the pdf-document by using JS?

Thank you for hints!

Why yes, Adobe added redaction to the Acrobat JavaScript model in Acrobat 9. Look it up. Redaction can be used to blank out part of the PDF page. I'm not completely sure, but I believe one of the options is the fill color of the area being "redacted".

In version 8 you can add Redaction highlights using a script, but not apply them.
