Creating new field with an script

Hello,

I have seen an example pdf with 2 specific option.
If the answer was true/yes he create an new comment field (text field) under the question.
All content were moved down on the page for creating space for this new comment field.

I think this should be javascript.
Could someone help me?

The form was likely created using LiveCycle Designer, which is not available for the Mac. If you have access to this program, there are some video tutorials around here that demonstrate creating and scripting such dynamic forms.
