I need to set up vendor forms that can be personalized with a logo and name and address. The text part is easy but how do I embed a graphic (eps, jpg...) into a form field and have it size tot he contraints of the field?
In an AcroForm use a button field, you'll also need some suporting JavaScript.
After the image is set, change the customized fields to ReadOnly so the customer doesn't change them.
