You do it in Acrobat.

Advanced>enable usage rights in Acrobat Reader.Make that the last step before you post your form to your Web site or send it out.....

Acrobat is probably the program I use most often and I'm learning more every day.

Hi, there. I'm trying to enable actual text edits (not just comments / markups) of a PDF flyer for local use (they'll change local address, etc.).

I use Acrobat Professional 7.0 and I don't see "enable usage rights in Acrobat Reader" anywhere under the Advanced menu. Maybe instructions above are only for Acrobat Professional 8.0?

Thanks for your help BIG TIME!

New feature only available in Acrobat 8 Professional for limited to 500 users of form. Otherwise, you need a server product or pay a 3rd party to enable rights.
