File Browser in Designer Form

I have recently read the javscript tips by Thom and found it is very useful. Can this browseForFileToSubmit() be used in Designer form as well? If so how's the way to get it work because I've tried several times and it didn't work as I expected.

I don't think so because you can't include a document script to initialize the process. I'll check it out.
