Forcing a Calculation Total

I am working on a form that has a simple calculation to add a list of values that should equal 100%. Is it possible to force the user of the form to make the total equal 100% (as in they cannot submit the form until the total is correct)? I am trying to eliminate the need to manually go back and edit the forms myself when they are submitted incorrectly...

Yes. You will need to submit the form with a script instead of with the built-in function, though.
That way you can make the validations you want before submitting.
