Is there a one-time setting available to set Security Initial View to Fit Page, so that all subsequently secured documents open as Fit Page.
 
I'm trying to avoid setting that initial view value for each secured document.
 
I'm printing Access reports to PDF in a loop. I can set the other security options and password programmatically, but can't set the Magnification programmatically.

I'm not aware of a setting you can use with Access to set the initial view. You can set your preferences to Fit Page in the Initial View tab and all files opened with the Initial View set to the Default will open accoding to your preferences in Acrobat.
