mailDoc attachment filename

I would like to give a filename to a mailDoc attachment or at least keep the original .pdf name -but- how? mailDoc gives the attachment the cryptic temp filename.

Thanks in advance for any help or suggestions.

What version of Acrobat/Reader are you using? The original file name is retained with the mailDoc method for users with versions 6-9, at least. There is not a means to specify a file name.
