We have a documents we several pages that have to be signed. The users would like to review the entire document and then click one button to authorize their signature for all of the signature field in the document.

Any suggestion on how we would go about doing this in Acrobat Standard or Pro version 9 or X

Thank you

Digitally signing a PDF, or any document, means that the entire document is signed. Signing is a process where the bytes in the digital signature file are combined with the bytes of the document to create a unique value that can be checked at a later time using the original digital signature file. You can place separate digital signature fields on each page, but each one of those will also sign the entire document. You can't digitally sign a single page. I don't know that what you are doing makes sense from a technical point of view...

but, that said, you can write a script to automatically sign one or more digital signature fields. A script would be the only way to do it.

As Thomp stated, a digital signature applies to a whole document.

If, however, you are actually looking at an "electronic signature", which is an image representation of a wet signature, you may consider using stamps, which of course, can be applied on individual pages.

On the other hand, if you require digital signatures on each individual page, you would have to split up your document into these individual pages, and digitally sign them independently. Then you would put these pages into a Portfolio (and apply another digital signature on it, to ensure its integrity.
