I am having a hard time playing a swf file from within Adobe Pro. It does not do it. I attempt to play the same file using IE and get a lengthy message "...restricted webpage from running scripts or ActiveX controls". I click allow block content and it plays. Compared my IE Internet option with those on another computer where the problem does not occur and see no difference.
Any help appreciated.
thanks

You havn't told us what OS and Acrobat versions you're using. So I'll assume that the computer it's working on is an older Acrobat version and the one with the message is newer.

Both Acrobat and MS increased security on thier products. This message is part of that tightened security.

Acrobat also has some issues with Flash. Different versions have different issues.

I think you just have to live with it.
