I put a customers manual on a cd for them, besides the TOC links, he has a few links to different pages on his website. Everything works fine on every computer and platform I tried it on (mac os9, osX & pc xp, 2000, & 98). When the customer tries to click on a web link on his computer he gets a message "the drive which you are downloading to has less than 10 mb of free disk space. Please free some space before pressing ok. When he clicks ok it does load the page. He said he tried it on a few computers with the same result, one of the computers he tried it on had no internet connection. I had him drag the files from the cd to his desktop and the links work fine.

Any idea what is happening here?

Thanks for any help.

The only time I've seen this is when doing a large download form a web site to a network drive through XP SP2. So this seems like a problem with the customer's OS. The downloading message in particular sounds like an OS thing, but it could also be related the version or type of Acrobat. I'd ask your customer to try doing it with a variety of Acrobat Versions. And on a different OS and different versions of Acrobat.
