I want to link all text refering a website to be linnked. The text may contain only google.com not [link=http://www.google.com.]www.google.com.[/link] Is it possible to automate this function?
Certainly you can add a web link. It doesn't matter what the content is on the page to which you apply the action. For example, you could use an image of the Google logo as well as the text google.com.
The key is the action you create. Follow these steps:
1. Choose the Link tool from the Advanced Editing toolbar and draw a rectangle over the text or other object you want to use as the link.
2. In the Link Properties dialog box that opens, specify the visual appearance for the link. In your case, you might want to use an underline Line Style for the link; if you are using an image, you most likely want an Invisible Rectangle.
3. Select the [b]Open a web page [/b] Link Action and click Next.
4. In the Edit URL dialog box, type the URL for the location. You must include the protocol. That is, type the URL as [b]http://www.google.com[/b].
5. Click OK to close the dialog box and set the link.
6. Back in your document, select the Hand tool, and click your link to test it.
