We, a small nonprofit based in Silver Spring MD, has an immediate need to convert two Word surveys into PDF fillable and savable forms (508 compliant). We plan to distribute and collect the forms via email attachments and transfer the data directly into Excel. Enabling automatic data transfer is an important feature that needs to be built into the design. We’d also like people to have the option to print the PDF forms out in case they want to fill out a hard copy.
The survey questionnaires include multiple tables and open/close end questions. We need the final product to look as professional as possible because this is to be distributed to hundreds of member companies.
We have tried to design in house but we are afraid it's going to produce too many technical glitches for the end users. We need an expert to handle this.
