In order to maintain hyperlinks in a PDF created using PDFMaker in Microsoft Access, the link has to be fully qualified in the Access hyperlink cell.
For example, a link to a web page must be written as [url=http://www.adobe.com]http://www.adobe.com[/url] and a link to a file needs to be written as c:\temp\file.doc
