One of our users has Acrobat 8.1.3 and recently installed Reader 9. Now when she tries to create a PDF, she gets a 0xc0000005 error on AcroDist.exe. Any ideas?

Does he use a VAIO pc? There seem to be an issue with them. The Adobe help files reporting some cases the error appears. I also found this in the WWW, maybe a hint for you.
