add modify sheet

We have several computers at work running Professional 6.0 and 7.0 with Window XP and we can not add or modify sheet sizes. I have confirmed that I have full rights over the Acrobat directory. When I attempt to add a custom sheet it acts as if it worked but the new sheet does not show u in the list. Any idea why?

Can you provide more detail on you question? Specifically what function are you performing with Acrobat when you say "add modify sheet"?
