Adobe Acrobat Pro Extended Crashes

I'm trying to convert a very large html file to PDF using Adobe Acrobat Pro Extended 9.3.2 using Windows XP, but it crashes. I've repaired the installation to no avail. One thing I've noticed is that memory usage is very high and the Adobe process stops just under the 2GB mark. Anyone had similar problems?

Acrobat is a 32-bit application so is limited in the memory it can claim, but it usually copes quite well even with big files. Yes, you can kill it, but most times it's something other than the RAM simply being full that takes it down. Is this HTML file on the Web, so we can try it out?

No, it's not on the web. The funny thing is that we have one machine, almost an exact replica, that can handle the 50+ MB html files with no crashes.
