We are running Windows XP pro SP 2 and Adobe Reader 7.0 and Outlook 2003. We are having a problem with just one user. Whe she opens a PDF and clicks the email button, and attempts to send the email Outlook will freeze up, the email fails and it gives a message about losing network connectivity (even though she hasn't lost connectivity). She has to close out of everything and try it again and it usually will send. What can I do about the Adobe/outlook integration to make it work everytime?
Thank you for your help.
Amanda
Are you running the 64-bit version of Windows XP Pro? If so, this might be the cause. Only the most recent version of Acrobat (8.1) support the 64-bit Windows applications.
Also, you might want to check the Microsoft forums since Outlook is the application that is freezing up.
Thanks,
Lori
