Bates numbering in pdf package

Hi:

Is there a way to apply Bates numbering to a whole package? The only way appears to be to apply it to each individual file in the package. This entails setting up start numbering for each file. In any case, I've got hundreds of files here for which I'd like to keep the identity of each, which is why I'm using a package. Otherwise I've got to combine them in one monolithic large binder so I can Bates number the pages.

Using Acrobat Professional 8.0, is there a way to compile and print a list of the PDF documents that have been bates numbered?

We use ParmisPDF batch / command line feature for both TSA (signing and time stamp authority)and bates numbering of PDF documents in our office.

I tracked it down -- $200 is a pretty expensive utility for the pro version. You're using the enterprise (with the command line batch options). I'll see if I can check it out. Thanks for the lead.
