Bookmark Icon on left navigational pane is no longer appearing. pleae help

Mike,
Somethings to try.

View > Navigation Panels > select BookmarksIf some PDFs show the Bookmarks Panel and others do not
look over the PDF file's Initial View settings.
File > Properties > Initial View Tab
See what the Navigation tab is set for.
If the PDF does not have security added the prevents it then you can change the setting.
User Interface Options are another thing to look at.
