I convert multiple Excel Spreadsheets into PDF. Everything looks fine. I then combine them into one pdf file. At some point some of the pages become corrupted. Some text gets moved on the page. In other words, text migh drop down on top of other text or it even might drop down half the page. What is causing this and how can I prevent it?

There were some issues in older versions of Acrobat with multiple subset fonts but this has improved with Acrobat 7 and 8.

What version of Acrobat are you using?

I am using Acrobat Professional 7.0.5 on Windows 2000. The Excel files are Excel 2000 and I set the Acrobat files to be backwards compatible with Acrobat 5.
