Converting Word 2003 to PDF Acrobat 8.0

When I convert a Word 2003 document, a summary of doc. info is put on the last page (File name, Directory, Template, Title, etc.). How can I stop this?

Try this.

Open MS Word. Click the PDF icon or the Adobe PDF option on the menu bar. Select Change Conversion Settings.

In the Conversion Settings window, select Standard from the drop down list.

Uncheck, Convert Document Information & uncheck Attach Source file to Adobe PDF.

This did not work. I had tried variations of this several times. I'm in the Standard settings now. Could it be something in my Adobe PDF printer?
