hi
when converting a word 2007 with excel 2007 links in, the charts that are linked appear as big black squares once converted.
any suggestions?

yes this is because acrobat does not support native windows format used for charts in excel. Search on the adobe site they have kb article in place with a possible solution.

thanks, found an add-in for office 2007 that microsoft provide. they now have a pdf writer that is used from the save as dialogue box. this worked.
