Creating separate files out of one larger file

I have a file that contains 100 reports (same report for 100 different groups based on the information for that particular group). I would like to separate the file out into 100 different files. Is there any easy way to do this?

If bookmarked you could split the PDF to separate PDFs based on the bookmarks using a third party plug-in. If not, you still might be able to find a plug-in that can split the document on page numbers. Check out third party plug-ins found at Adobe Store, Planet PDF, and other sources.
