Have you looked at using the menu options within the Actions to set the "Open Options"?

George,

Open Options only has Window Options > Display Document Title: Yes
But if there is no action to automatically fill in the title (to save time) where is the action going to get this information?

Here is what I have setup so far:

Description
Title: copy filename
Author: MyCompany

Initial view: Magnification: 100
Window Options: Center window on screen
Show: File Name

Edit Action
Start with: A file Open in Acrobat
Steps:

Add Document Description
Title: grayed out
Leave as is: Unchecked
Subject: Leave as is: Checked
Author: MyCompany
Leave as is: Unchecked
Keywords: grayed out
Leave as is: Checked

Thanks in advance:)

Then you can either prompt the user for the document name or write a JavaScript that is used by the Action to add the document name based upon the file name. Look at the 'info.Title' property of the 'Doc' object. This will not be available for LiveCycle Designer forms. I try to fill in the metadata as the PDF is created.
