If this question has been posted previously, my apologies. However, here is my situation. I have bought a computer with Vista 64-bit Ultimate on it. The installation of Acrobat went well except for the well-document "missing dll" problem (corrected). However, here is my situation. Whenever I try to print to a pdf using acrobat as the printer, one of the following two problems occur. If I try to print a test page, the acrobat printer generates the pdf file and an error message informing me that the file experienced an "error - printing." Second, when I try to print under an application (e.g., Excel, Word or IE), the system seems to hang (the on-going circle is generated on the screen). At this point, several things happen. First, Task Manager tells me that the application under which the printing is taking place is no longer responding. Second, the acrobat printer generates the message that the print job is spooling. At this point, this product is virtually useless to me. Any suggestions. BTW, trying to contact customer support has turned out to be a nightmare. Adobe seems to give a new definition to user unfriendly. Any help would be greatly appreciated.
