Excel File Conversion troubleshooting

I can no longer convert excel files to PDF using Acrobat Standard 6.0. When I try the resulting PDF blacks out all the information on the file (i.e. a big black square appears over all the information). I used to be able to convert excel files to pdf but it just suddenly stopped.

I would start by ensuring that you are using the current patches for 6 (6.0.8)...

If you still encounter problems, try Adobe Technical Support.
