Hi,

I am using FrameMaker 7.2 with Acrobat distiller 7.0 to generate my PDF files.

I am using LogicSans font for headings in my FrameMaker source document. When I convert my FM files to PDF, the LogicSans font alone is displayed like a junk character. All other fonts appear fine in PDF.

I have also selected "Embed All Fonts" option in the adobe distiller, still the LogicSans font appear as a junk character.

The same settings works fine in other computer.

Please Help!!!!

Thanks in Advance

I tried to find a font via Google search named Logic Sans, but failed.

It may be that this is a TueType font, and it may be that the font manufacturer has set the flags that prohibit downloading, outlining or embedding. If this is the case, you may need to ask the manufacturer to provide you with a Type1 version of this font - or - explain that you need an OpenType version that enables Distiller to embedded it. One way to see if the font is actually available to FrameMaker for downloading into the PostScript stream (that you send to Distiller) is to set up Distiller to fail if it can't embed the font.

If none of this make sense, feel free to contact me directly.
