How do I turn off tagging permanently when combining several Word documents in PDFMaker? The message "Do you want to turn off tagging" keeps popping up for each document. :(

My Product Information:
Acrobat Standard 7.0, Windows

Open Word. From the Adobe PDF menu, select settings and turn of tagging from there. Close Word.

Thanks for your answer.

Yes I tried that, but the only Application Settings I can change are:
attach source document to PDF
add bookmarks to PDF
add links to PDF
enable accessibility and reflow with Tagged PDF

I left all unchecked but the "Do you want to turn off tagging" window still pops up every time

Try this:
a) Launch Acrobat
b) Edit->Preferences(Ctrl+K)
c) Select "Convert to PDF" category
d) Choose "Microsoft Office Word"
e) Click "Edit Settings" and turn tagging off there (Enable accessibility and reflow)

These are steps for Acrobat 9. Should be similar in Acrobat 7.
