Improving blurry PDFs

I currently have Acrobat Adobe Pro 6.0 but am experimenting with the free trial version of Pro 9.0.

I received a batch of PDFs of text documents by email that I would like to post on my website. Unfortunately, some of them are blurry, making them difficult to read and search. How can I improve the quality so that they are more readable and searchable?

you probably can not make them less blurry. but you might be able to make some improvement with photoshop (or photoshop elements). if you want to send me an example, i may be able to provide a more precise response.
