I scanned a one-page document with my Xerox Workcentre 24. It's only about 7 lines with a signature in blue and Acrobat 8 encounters a a memory error and must close without converting the .tiff to pdf. The other pages in the document scan and convert without a problem. What do I need to do?
Here are a couple of suggestions:
* Scan the image of the document using the scanner software alone. Then convert the file to PDF from within Acrobat.
* Open the image in an image program like Photoshop and convert to PDF from there.
