Sounds like perhaps your PDFMaker toolbar was put on the Disable Items list. Try these steps: 1) Open Outlook 2003 program. 2) Go to Help > About Microsoft Outlook. 3) Click Disabled Items. 4) Select Adobe PDF from the list and click Enable. 5) Quit Outlook 2003 then restart it.
