Newbie Trying to Export PDF to Excel

I have a document that is in PDF format and I want to push it into Excel or Word. It looks like it was originally an Excel doc.

I tried Able2Extract after seeing a review at another place but the document is converted into an unusuable format.

Any advice is appreciated.

The link to the document is

I have also tried the method on here using the select tool, but that doesn't create a usuable document given the format of the document.

Hi etennant16,
The PDF is not from Excel.
Looking at the PDF's Document Properties the authoring application is QuarkXPress 4.1.
This output PDF was provided via the Acrobat 4.x product by using Acrobat Distiller 4.0 for Macintosh.
As you noted, complex table layouts tend to not lend themselves to export into delimited text files for
placement into a spreadsheet.

Even if the PDF was a well formed tagged PDF (something not achievable with Acrobat 4.x) exporting to MS Word would still require significant cleanup of the Word file.
