No sound when adding movies in acrobat 9.0

I don't get any sound when I add videos in acrobat 9.0 pro.
The movie runs without problems.
The videos are in .mov-format.

Acrobat Pro 9.0, Macintosh

It's because your .mov uses an not-compatible codec for the audio and a compatible codec for video (H.264, I guess).
You should re-encode your .mov files using the MP3 codec for the audio track (and leave video track untouched).
